Millionpatient Concrete is a referral service. We connect homeowners who are planning new concrete with independent providers. If you run your own crew and want more homeowner conversations, this may be a good fit. You keep your business, your prices and your schedule.

Who we are looking for

We welcome independent contractors who serve Lake Oswego and the Lake Oswego area and focus on:

• Concrete driveways
• Residential patios
• Stamped concrete and other decorative flatwork

You should enjoy talking with homeowners, explaining the process in plain words, and showing up when you say you will.

What we expect

Homeowners trust the network, so we ask for a few basics.

• You hold the licenses, insurance and permits your area requires.
• You give honest scopes and written quotes.
• You are clear about timing, weather delays and curing.
• You treat each property with care.
• You handle your own work and stand behind it.

We do not take part in the work itself, and we do not take repair or customer-service calls for finished jobs. Our focus is new concrete projects.

What it looks like day to day

Homeowners send a request. When it matches the work you do and the area you serve, it can be passed along to you. You then contact the homeowner, ask your own questions and decide whether to offer an estimate. Nothing is forced, and the job is between you and the homeowner.
