Millionpatient Concrete
A plain-spoken referral service for homeowners

About Millionpatient Concrete and How It Works

Request an estimate when you are ready

Who this is

Millionpatient Concrete is a referral service. That is the whole story, and we like to say it plainly. We do not pour concrete. We do not form, finish or seal anything. We help homeowners in Lake Oswego and the Lake Oswego area find independent local providers who do.

Why it exists

Planning new concrete can feel like a lot. You may not know what a driveway should cost, how thick a slab should be, or who to trust with a big, permanent project. This service exists to make the first step calmer. You say what you want. We point you toward providers who handle that kind of work.

How providers are matched

It starts with your request. You share the type of project, such as a driveway, a patio or stamped concrete, plus a few details about your property. Then a provider in our network that serves your area can reach out. You can talk with them, compare notes and decide for yourself.

What we hope to see from providers

Providers in the network are independent businesses. We expect them to be honest about scope and timing, to put quotes in writing, and to treat your home with respect. They hold their own business credentials and carry their own responsibility for their work. Please ask each one about licensing and insurance directly.

What this service does not do

  • It does not perform any concrete work.
  • It does not set prices. Providers do that.
  • It does not handle repair or customer-service calls for past jobs.
  • It does not push you to hire anyone.

If you are looking for concrete driveway repair or foundation repair experts, keep in mind that those are different jobs. This site is built around new concrete flatwork.

How this service is paid

Providers may pay a referral fee when a connection leads to real interest in a job. You do not pay Millionpatient Concrete to request an estimate. Your quote comes from the provider, and you decide whether to accept it.

A little advice from one neighbor to another

Walk your property before you call anyone. Notice where water pools after rain. Think about how you will use the space. Plan before you pour. A short list of wishes makes every conversation easier.
